Why aren't the times updating?
On the free plan, live times update every 6 minutes during the commute hours you set. Outside those hours they pause. Pro updates every minute, all day.
Why does it say I'm not nearby?
Commutely shows Home to Work when you're near home, and the trip back when you're near work. If location is off, it goes by the times you set instead. Pro can open any commute from anywhere.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget, search for Commutely and choose a size.
How do I use the Lock Screen countdown?
Open your commute and tap Track on Lock Screen. It's part of Pro.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore Pro on a new phone, open Commutely, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases.
A bus or stop looks wrong
Times come from the National Transport Authority's live data. If something looks wrong, email us the stop and the time and we'll look into it.
